Nourish By Serena was founded by Italian chef Serena Donzelli, a former Le Cordon Bleu instructor with a deep foundation in classical technique and global culinary experience. Having worked with leading hospitality brands including Hyatt, Four Seasons, Kempinski, and Le Cordon Bleu across London, Paris, Beijing, and Shanghai, Serena brings the discipline, precision, and consistency of high-end kitchens into every offering.
Originally trained as a pastry chef, Serena developed a meticulous approach to flavor, balance, and execution. After moving to the U.S., she expanded into savory cuisine and nutrition, combining classical technique with a more wholesome, ingredient-driven philosophy focused on fresh, seasonal, and nutrient-forward cooking.
Today, Nourish By Serena specializes in corporate catering, private events, and customized meal programs across the Bay Area. From daily office lunches to large-scale meal production, Serena delivers reliable, high-quality food designed to support energy, wellness, and satisfaction in the workplace. Menus are fully customized to meet a wide range of dietary needs—including vegetarian, gluten-free, and health-focused options—while drawing on globally inspired flavors from Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines.
